This is a Microsoft Word Document.  It includes a chart for your day book for yourself, staff and supply teachers for students with needs (Medical, Behavioural, Learning, and other)  Put in student name, description, emergency plans and Individual Education Plans.  This can be uploaded to your google drive and shared digitally or attached to your day book digitally or printed.
