The Empowered Teachers Toolbox

With a background spanning both the high school and prison environments, I possess a wealth of experience in managing challenging behaviour and overseeing exclusion settings. My skills in creating structured, supportive environments and fostering positive change are complemented by my ability to de-escalate conflict and maintain a calm atmosphere.
