The Empowered Teachers Toolbox

With a background spanning both the high school and prison environments, I possess a wealth of experience in managing challenging behaviour and overseeing exclusion settings. My skills in creating structured, supportive environments and fostering positive change are complemented by my ability to de-escalate conflict and maintain a calm atmosphere. Drawing from this experience, I have developed a series of behaviour workbooks specifically tailored for KS2, KS3, KS4, and SEND pupils. These resources cover a wide range of behaviours and focus on addressing their root causes, promoting self-reflection, and encouraging positive change. I am deeply committed to promoting positive behaviour and academic progress, even within challenging contexts. My approach is rooted in building strong relationships and understanding the underlying causes of behaviour. I am confident in my ability to contribute to a safe and productive school environment, where every student feels supported and empowered.
