I was born and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. Upon graduation from C.U.N.Y. (1965) & having majored in English Language and Literature - I 'Made Aliya' (settled in Israel). Then, after getting married, the Negev (Southern) city of Beersheva became my home. Teaching English as a Second Language (in its myriad manifestations) has been my profession for 50 years now - To HS students, To 'Tech' students, To University students, To adults - In NYC, In Israel & In China. Yes, China! My husband & I spent a year and a half in South China, where I taught at a university. MY TOTAL: Fully half a century in the field of ESL . . . I am retired now and am much involved in marketing my e-guide 'How to Become a Personal ESL Trainer' and my e-book 'Thank You, China'. We have 3 children and 10 (thus far!) grandchildren.
